All orders are shipped on business days only (Mon–Fri).
DHL Express orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, any additional customs duties, taxes or fees must be paid to the respective customs and tax authorities. We recommend that you enquire with the relevant customs and tax authorities before ordering.
We ship all our orders directly from our warehouse in Austria to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
